Company founder Richard Hauser has over 25 years of financial, accounting and administration experience for companies ranging in size from startups to $250 million in sales. His focus is on the creation of a strong infrastructure with emphasis on quality, performance and efficiency, as well as successful team building. Rich’s expertise in reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgets, strategic planning and the use of technology improves organizations and their financial results. Over the past 20 years he has held the title of Accounting & Administration Manager, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and VP of Administration & Controller. Rich’s industry experience has encompassed manufacturing, technology and distribution in such industries as energy/oil, supermarkets and pharmaceuticals, among others. Rich earned his BS in Accounting from Rider University in 1984 and his MBA from Rider in 1991, and holds license #759 from the State of NJ Division of Community Affairs. He currently volunteers his time on the Audit committee for a nonprofit called “Preschool Advantage.”
Greg Tomkins has over 25 years of experience in business evaluation, strategic development, forecasting and analysis for profitability, and ROI. He brings the firm extensive expertise in change implementation, managing enterprise operations and maximizing financial productivity, including the specific needs of non-profit organizations. Greg has long-standing and varied experience in all phases of public accounting, with over 22 years as a Certified Public Accountant, including overall responsibility for client development, management of client accounts and staff. Greg is also a proven entrepreneur and offers valuable experience particularly relevant to start-up companies. Greg earned his BS in Accounting from Rider University in 1984 and holds license #758 from the State of NJ Division of Community Affairs.
For over 35 years, Bill Bohri has applied his skill and knowledge in accounting and business to drive operational improvement and increase revenue while reducing overall costs. He has a proven track record of driving organizational growth in the Services, Retail, Real Estate, Construction, Logistics, and Franchising industries. Bill brings a wealth of experience working with a number of companies ranging in size from small family-owned businesses to $120 Million International Corporations. Ann has over 25 years of Accounting experience working with small and medium size companies. Most of her experience comes from manufacturing and has held the position of Accounting Manager for over 19 years. Ann earned a BA in Accounting from William Paterson University and is a member of the IMA. In addition to her Accounting work, Ann is a licensed real estate agent.
Sandra has 25 years of accounting experience, including Human Resources. She is a graduate of New Jersey City University with concentration in Accounting. Sandra’s prior employment was as a Finance Director for 10 years and was a Senior accountant and staff accountant before that.
Volker Marquardt holds a BA in Business Management with a major in Accounting and Finance from the Hochschule Bremen, Germany and Leeds Beckett University, England. He has more than 20 years’ experience as a full charge hands-on Controller in industries ranging from construction, property development and management to distribution in fashion and food. He has also worked for a CPA and in a Law Firm. Volker is a Staff Accountant-Bookkeeper with RAH-CFO
Candice Balzano has more than 10 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance roles, including experience as the Revenue and Receivables Manager for a worldwide ocean-shipping container line. Candice is a Staff Accountant-Bookkeeper at RAH!CFO, who earned her MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University after graduating with a B.S. in Accounting from William Patterson University.
Kathy Kollbocker holds a B.S. in Accounting from Everest University and has more than 10 years of experience in Accounting with a focus on Accounts Payable. She has experience in Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Insurance Data Storage and Online Media Sales. Kathy is a Staff Accountant-Bookkeeper with RAH! CFO and is QuickBooks Certified.
Christian has over 3 years of accounting experience, with most of that experience being as an Accounting Manager in the Non-Profit sector. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Christian is a Staff Accountant-Bookkeeper with RAH!CFO.
Jean Elliott has over 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, mainly in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. She graduated with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from St. Elizabeth’s in Morristown, NJ. Jean is a Staff Accountant – Bookkeeper with RAH!CFO and is QuickBooks certified.
