Rich recognized that smaller organizations often rely on part-time bookkeepers or CPAs who only step in at tax time. This leaves business owners without the timely, strategic financial insights that drive success. Smaller organizations rely on the owner/spouse doing the books as best they can.

Company Founder Richard Hauser has over 40 years of financial, accounting and administration experience for companies ranging in size from startups to $250 million in sales. His focus is on the creation of a strong infrastructure with emphasis on quality, performance and efficiency, as well as successful team building.
Rich’s expertise in reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgets, strategic planning and the use of technology improves organizations and their financial results.
Prior to starting RAH!CFO, Controller & Bookkeeping he has held the title of Accounting & Administration Manager, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and VP of Administration. Rich’s industry experience has encompassed manufacturing, technology and distribution in such industries as energy/oil, supermarkets and pharmaceuticals, among others. Rich earned his BS in Accounting from Rider University in 1984 and his MBA from Rider in 1991, and holds license #759 from the State of NJ Division of Community Affairs. He currently volunteers his time on numerous committees in several organizations.
Bob has over 30 years of experience, with 8 years servicing clients in Public Accounting and over 25 years in corporate roles as Controller V.P. of Finance, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer. He has been a key member managing organizations from startup through market leading positions with sales of $100 million. Bob has secured several rounds of capital fund raising in addition to business sales and acquisitions.
He has provided organizations with critical KPI’s, financial analysis and process efficiency to guide businesses toward Sales Growth and Increased Profits. Bob has a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant holding a license in New Jersey.
Grant has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience working with small to medium size companies in a wide range of industries, which include, construction, food distribution, real estate, trucking, and professional services.
Grant earned his BS in Accounting from William Paterson University in 1993 and has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is QuickBooks Certified.
Jeff has over 30 years of accounting and financial management experience primarily focused in the professional services industry. He has worked with C-suite executives in supporting, managing, and reporting on strategic financial initiatives. Jeff has directed and managed teams in various FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting analysis. He has extensive experience in financial operations, process improvement and financial system design.
Jeff has an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Accounting from William Patterson University. He is a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years holding a license in New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA. He is QuickBooks Certified.
Volker Marquardt holds a BA in Business Management with a major in Accounting and Finance from the Hochschule Bremen, Germany and Leeds Beckett University, England. He has more than 20 years’ experience as a full charge hands-on Controller in industries ranging from construction, property development and management to distribution in fashion and food. He has also worked for a CPA and in a Law Firm. Volker is a Staff Accountant-Bookkeeper with RAH!CFO. He is QuickBooks Certified.
Candice Balzano has more than 10 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance roles, including experience as the Revenue and Receivables Manager for a worldwide ocean-shipping container line. Candice is a Staff Accountant-Bookkeeper at RAH!CFO, who earned her MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University after graduating with a B.S. in Accounting from William Patterson University.
Kathy Kollbocker holds a B.S. in Accounting from Everest University and has more than 10 years of experience in Accounting with a focus on Accounts Payable. She has experience in Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Insurance Data Storage and Online Media Sales. Kathy is an Onboarding manager / Staff Accountant with RAH!CFO and is QuickBooks Certified.
Peter has over 15 years of experience in various accounting roles in the financial services industry including Budget Analyst, Mutual Fund Accountant and Senior Accountant. Peter has a BBA in Accounting degree from Niagara University. Peter is a Staff Accountant-Bookkeeper with RAH!CFO. He is QuickBooks Certified.
Colin graduated from James Madison University in May of 2025. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in accounting. He has begun his professional career as a Junior Staff Accountant at RAH!CFO. Colin has volunteered his time with a local organization.
Meredith is a part time administrative assistant.
